Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MotoSentinel ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Ride responsibly

Always obey traffic laws and keep your attention on the road. Do not interact with the App while riding unless it is safe and legal to do so. You are solely responsible for how you ride.

3. Not an emergency service

Crash detection and alerts are a helpful aid, not a guarantee. They may fail due to device sensors, battery, connectivity, or other factors. Never rely on the App as your only safety measure, and always contact local emergency services when needed.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App.

5. Acceptable use

• No harassment, abuse, or illegal content in groups or voice chat.
• No tracking of people without their consent.
• No attempts to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoSentinel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or from riding.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
